Sauteed Cabbage and Apples
serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 C green cabbage, sliced
- 2 C apple, sliced
- 1 T butter
- 1 T olive oil
Instructions
- Sauté the cabbage and apple in butter and olive oil until tender. Season to taste.
- Plate and serve.
